How do I check my client's check progress?

After inviting a client to complete a check, you can view the status of their checks under the check card or property card.

  • If the status is "Started," it means that the client has initiated the check process but has not completed all the necessary steps. This could be due to various reasons such as needing to confirm details or not being able to complete it in one attempt. Clients receive frequent reminders via email and app notifications until the check is completed.

  • If the status is "Ready," it indicates that all the steps in the check process have been completed, but the client is holding off on submitting the check. Clients will continue to receive reminders until they submit the check.

  • If the status is "Submitted," the check has been submitted, but certain sections have been flagged for manual review by the team. It is important to note that these statuses are only intended to provide insight into the progress of your client's check and do not replace direct communication and updates with your client or our team. If you have any questions regarding your client's check, please use the "chat" button at the bottom right of your dashboard to contact us or reach out to your client directly.
