What if the link is not working?

If you're trying to do a check but the link is taking you to the app and not to the check, don't worry - there are a few steps fix this.

If you're trying to access a check on Checkboard but the link is only taking you to the app and not to the specific check, don't worry - there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

First, try closing the app completely, even from your recent screens, and tapping the link again to start the check.

If this doesn't work, you can try copying the link and pasting it into the link insertion box within the app on Option 2.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the link you received in your text message.

  2. Log in to the Checkboard app.

  3. Tap on "Start a new check."

  4. Select Option 2 and paste the link into the link insertion box.

  5. Tap on "Continue."

  6. Tap on "Begin" to start your check.


What happens if there is an error message

If you encounter an error message while trying to access the check, don't panic. Simply take a screenshot of the message and send it to Checkboard's team at [email protected] or via the live chat option. They will assist you in resolving the issue so that you can complete your check as needed.
