Who Sends the Check Invitations?
The entity that requests you to complete a check in Checkboard is responsible for sending the invitation to start the process. Checkboard does not send the links to initiate the check.
Where to Find the Invitations?
Your Checkboard invitations are typically sent to you via email or text message. The sender's name will appear as Checkboard. The check requester will likely ask for your contact information, such as your phone number or email, to facilitate sending the invitations.

What if the Link is Not Working?
If the link only takes you to the app and not to the specific check, try the following:

Copy the link and paste it into the link insertion box.
Here are the steps: copy the link you received in your text message> log in to the Checkboard app> tap on "Start a new check," > paste the link in option 2,> tap on "Continue,"> then tap on "Begin" to start your check.
What If the Link Gives an Error Message?
If the link generates an error message, send a screenshot to Checkboard's team at [email protected] or via the live chat option. They will assist you in resolving the issue.
