Does the app crash when trying to complete your ID check?

You are trying to complete the ID check but every time you are about to scan or have already scanned your ID, the app would crash and close down.

You probably tried a few times now and keep getting the same error ๐Ÿ˜”

Here are a few things to try to get it working:

  1. Ensure you have a good connection to the internet.

  2. Close your app (even from your recent apps). Open it again and try once more.

  3. If that didn't help, you can try re-downloading the app to ensure the installation wasn't the issue in the first place.

Bear in mind that it may take up to 72 hours to process the ID check done via the separate link. ๐Ÿ˜Š
