Yes, you can use a different device to continue your check, but to ensure a smooth transition, follow these steps carefully.

Step 1: Download the App

Begin by downloading the app on the new device you want to use. Make sure you have a stable internet connection for the download and installation process.

Step 2: Input Your Mobile Number

Once the app is installed, open it and input the mobile number that the invite was sent to. It's crucial to use the same mobile number that you initially registered with—not the number associated with the different device. This ensures that the verification process links to the correct account.

Note: If you're using an international number, simply hit the drop-down list within the app, select your country, and then input your number.

Step 3: Receive and Input the Verification Code

After entering your number, you will receive a verification code sent to the mobile number where the invite was originally received. Check your messages on that device, retrieve the code, and enter it into the app on your different device.

Step 4: Log In with Your PIN

Once the verification code is successfully entered, you'll be prompted to log in. Here, you'll need to input the PIN that you previously set for your Checkboard account on the original phone. Ensure that you enter the correct PIN to avoid any login issues.

Final Step: Access Your Account

After entering the PIN, you should be successfully logged into your Checkboard account on the new device, allowing you to continue your check seamlessly.
