Clicking the link (sent via your agency/landlord) will bring you directly to the app store if you have not installed the app already. Once this is done, you will be guided to the property you are looking to rent out.

Click on "Get started" then "tenant." This will then guide you to complete basic details such as email address and current address, then an ID check (you will require either a drivers license or passport) and lastly, you will complete the affordability check through open banking.

Once completed, the full report will be sent over to the agency/landlord to be reviewed.
