Here's a quick guide on how to create a property on your dashboard. We have also included a step-by-step tutorial video for your convenience.
Log In to Your Dashboard
Log in using your email address to access your dashboard account.
Navigate to Assets
Once logged in, locate the menu or navigation bar. Tap on "Assets" to access the section dedicated to your property assets. This is where all your properties are managed and listed.
Select Property Sale
Tap on "Property Sale." This option allows you to manage properties that are currently on your dashboard.
Create New Property
Tap on "Create New Property." This button initiates the process of adding a new property to your dashboard.
Input Property References
Enter the property references. This option is optional. Please ensure that all references are unique as the property will not create if you duplicate the reference.
Enter Listed Price
Input the listed price of the property.
Input Postcode and Address Details
Enter the postcode and full address details.
Tap Next
Tap "Next" to proceed.
Select Land Registry (if needed)
Select land registry if required. If you require land registry documentation, select the appropriate option at this stage. This ensures all legal and ownership details are up to date and accessible.
Tap Create
Finally, tap "Create" to add the property to your dashboard.
