Navigate to assets
Once logged in, locate the menu or navigation bar. Tap on 'Assets' to access the section dedicated to your property assets. This is where all your properties are managed and listed.
Select property sales
Tap ‘Property Sales’ if the transaction is for a sales property, or select ‘Property Lettings’ for a lettings transaction.
This section lets you manage all properties currently displayed on your dashboard.
Select 'Create new property'
Click on "Create new property." This button initiates the process of adding a new property to your dashboard.
Input property references
Enter the property references. This option is optional. Please ensure that all references are unique as the property will not create if you duplicate the reference.
Enter listed price
Input the listed price of the property.
Input postcode and address details
Enter the postcode and full address details.
Tap next
Tap "Next" to proceed.
Select Land Registry
Be sure to select the correct title number from the Land Registry search results for your property.
If you don’t, the ownership check will show as “not verified” because there’s no title number to reference.
Tap create
Finally, tap 'Create' to add the property to your dashboard.
