Option 2: Mobile number
If the check has started and is under the pending column, you can search using the client's mobile number.
For UK numbers, use "+44" as the prefix.
For international numbers, search using the international format.

Search results can be obtained based on the email provided by the client in the app.

When searching by the client's name, it is crucial to match the name as it appears in our database, which corresponds to their ID. For better results, consider entering either the first name or the surname only.

If the check is completed, you can search using the client's mobile number.
For UK numbers, use "+44"
