Understanding flow statuses

After inviting a client to complete a flow, you can view the status of their flows under the flow card or property card.

Started

If the status shows as 'Started', it means the client has begun the flow but hasn’t yet completed all the required steps.

This could be for various reasons, they may need to confirm some details or weren’t able to finish the flow in one sitting.

Clients receive regular reminders via email and app notifications until the flow is completed.

Ready

If the status shows as 'Ready', it means all the steps in the flow have been completed, but the client is waiting to submit it.
​They’ll continue to receive reminders until the flow is submitted.

Submitted

If the status shows as 'Submitted', the flow has been completed and submitted, but some sections may have been flagged for manual review by the Checkboard team.

Summary

These statuses are designed to give you an overview of your client’s progress, but they don’t replace direct communication with your client or our team.
