This means that your ID is going through checks before being approved.

If all is done well:

  • ID is in date (not expired) βœ…

  • You used the original ID βœ…

  • You used your passport or a UK driving licence βœ…

This process shouldn't take long.

Can I continue with the rest of my check while it says processing?

Yes, you can still continue with the rest of your check while your ID is processing. πŸ’ͺ🏽

Once the ID has been approved by the system, we will send a notification to let you know that the ID check is successful.

What happens if it says processing for too long?

If you do not receive a notification it is probably because your ID had to be manually checked by one of our specialists. In this case, it will usually take longer as the specialists will have to assess if all criteria are met before approving the session.

If your ID didn't meet the criteria, you will receive a notification or email (sometimes a call) to let you know the reason and some tips to redo the check and complete it successfully.

In case you do not hear from the checkboard team and the ID still says processing, please contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone on 020 4566 8106 and a specialist will be glad to help you out.
