Why is my bank not listed?

If your bank doesn't appear on the list, it is because the account type you are trying to link doesn't support Open Banking. However, it's not all bad as there is an alternative solution where you can complete this step and upload your statements. 😊

How should I do this?

You can add the funds by selecting one of the many options presented on this screen. I.e sale of property, gift, other, etc

Example:

  • Tap on Other (or any other option) and add the amount on How much are these funds?

  • If you want to add more funds, you can simply tap on 'verify more funds' and select more options.

Please make sure you enter all the funds to match the funds required. Once this is all done, you'll be able to press continue.

Lastly, ensure to upload documents to evidence these funds in the next screen.
