If you're having trouble accessing an invitation, it's possible that your contact details weren't properly included in the initial invitation. In this case, we recommend reaching out to the business that's asking you to complete the check and confirming that they have your correct email or phone number on file.

If the business redirects you to Checkboard for assistance, keep in mind that we are still unable to issue invitations ourselves. However, you can loop in your primary contact at the business and have them email us to explain the situation. With their help, we can hopefully get back on track and help you access the invitation you need.

By following these steps and working with both the business and Checkboard, you can streamline the process of completing your check and ensure that you receive the necessary invitation to move forward.
