If your bank does not have open banking, it's okay. You can still complete this step by following the steps below:

How to complete the check if you don't have open banking:

Tap on confirm my income.

Tap on Manual income confirmation. Just below the link my account button.

Enter your gross/net pay and select with the toggle the frequency in which you are paid. Press continue.

Tap on 'I don't pay rent' to get to the screen where you'll be able to upload documents

Upload: 3 months' payslips, a signed employment contract or an SA302 if you are self-employed

Note: Please upload one document at a time in order to display all of them in your report.

Failure to do so may cause some documents not to upload successfully and delay your check.

If you are completing a tenant referencing check and don't have these documents available you might get asked to provide a guarantor.

The guarantor will have to complete a check as well to verify that they have the funds to be a guarantor. 😊
