How do you complete the employment section if you are not employed at the moment?

You can either select Unemployed, Student or Retired.

  • Unemployed

  • Student

  • Retired

ℹ️ If you are renting or are a guarantor. Please refer back to your agent for further advice in regard to your circumstance. 😊

The general guidelines are:

If you are a tenant you might have to:

  • Get a guarantor

  • Prove 6 months' worth of the rent in your savings. (please note we don't accept physical bank statements so please connect to open banking to validate this information)

If you are a guarantor you might have to:
