What to do if the app tells you that your postcode is 'not valid'

Let's check these variables first.

  • Is your postcode new?

If it is, you can use the template (at the end of the article) and send it to us.

  • Is the postcode from the UK?

If the postcode is not from the UK, you might want to tap on where it says country. Select the correct country and fill in the details.

  • If your postcode is from the UK and still not recognised by the app

    • region

    • city

    • country

    • address line 1

    • address line 2 (optional)
