1. Why have I been invited to complete a check?

You’ve been invited to complete a secure identity and financial verification. This process helps ensure that the information you provide is accurate and meets regulatory or service requirements.

2. What documents do I need?

Before you begin, please have the following ready (requirements may vary):

  • A valid photo ID
    e.g. passport or driving licence.

  • A proof of address
Must be dated within the last 3 months.
    Examples:

    • Utility bill

    • Bank statement

    • Mortgage statement

  • Proof of funds or financial verification
    This may be done by:

    • Connecting your account via Open Banking

    • Uploading supporting documents (e.g. bank statements, sale agreements, etc.)

You'll see the exact requirements on your screen when you begin.

3. Is my information secure?

Yes. All your data is encrypted and shared only with the organisation that invited you. It is never shared with anyone else without your explicit consent.

4. Can I complete the check later?

Yes. You can return and complete the check at any time that’s convenient for you. Just make sure to do it soon to avoid delays in your process.

5. What is Open Banking and how does it work?

Open Banking is a secure way to share financial information with authorized providers. It’s fast, easy, and regulated under strict data protection standards.

6. Who can I contact for support?

You can tap the FAQ or Help button in the app for more guidance. If you still need help, use the support contact option provided in your invitation.

7. What does my reference ID mean?

Your reference ID (e.g. ID: 213564) helps identify your check. Keep it safe in case you need to contact support.
