Managing flows efficiently is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining order on your dashboard. Sometimes, you might need to cancel a flow if, for example, a client decides they no longer want to proceed with the process or if you entered incorrect information. Here's a simple guide to help you cancel a flow.
Step 1: Access the Invited Flow
Begin by locating the specific flow you wish to cancel. Navigate to the section where your flows are listed and find the invited flow that needs cancellation.
Step 2: Find the Three Dots Menu
Look for the three dots (ellipsis icon) on the right-hand side of the row corresponding to the flow you want to cancel. This icon represents additional options or settings for that flow.
Step 3: Tap the Three Dots
Tap on the three dots to open a dropdown menu with various options related to the flow.
Step 4: Select “Cancel”
In the dropdown menu, tap on the "Cancel" option. This action will cancel the selected flow.
Important Note
Flow Status: Cancellation is only possible for invited checks. You cannot cancel flows that are already in progress or completed.
