In your journey through exploring the newly designed Checkboard reports, you might have stumbled upon a helpful feature: the Explanation Question Mark. Nestled on the right-hand side of each section, this small but mighty icon holds the key to unlocking detailed explanations within the report.

What does this feature do, and how can it benefit you? Let's dive in.

The Explanation Question Mark: A Gateway to Clarity

The question mark icon is your gateway to detailed explanations within the report. Clicking on this icon will reveal additional information about the section you're viewing, providing context and clarity on that particular section.

For example, if you would like to take a look at the client's address history, tapping on the question mark icon will provide further details such as the sources used to verify the address or the reasoning to why the clients address history could not be verified. This feature will help you better understand the data presented and make informed decisions based on accurate information.

Green Outlines, Orange Outlines, and Grey or No Outlines: What Do They Mean?

While the Explanation Question Mark provides detailed explanations, it's essential to understand the other visual cues in the report.

Green Outlines: Verified Data

The presence of green outline indicates successful verification of those particular details

Orange Outlines: Flagged Data

Sections outlined in orange are flagged for your attention. This could indicate potential issues or anomalies that require further investigation.

No Outline or Grey: Additional Information

Sections that are not outlined or are grey contain additional information that complements the main report. While not flagged or verified, this information is still valuable for providing context and background.

In conclusion, the Explanation Question Mark is a valuable tool for gaining deeper insights into Checkboard reports. By clicking on this icon, you can access detailed explanations that enhance your understanding of the data presented. Combined with the visual cues provided by green, orange, and grey outlines, this feature helps you interpret reports with accuracy and confidence.
