This article will show you a step-by-step guide where you can effectively use our search function to find the desired information.

For invitations

  1. Property address (Property associated flows)

    Start by searching using the property address provided in the flow. Choose to search by the 1st line address or the postcode separately. Typing them together may result in unsuccessful searches.

For pending flows

  2. Mobile number

    • If the flow has started and is under the pending column, you can search using the client's mobile number.

    • For UK numbers, use "+44" as the prefix.

    • For international numbers, search using the international format.

  3. Email

    Search results can be obtained based on the email provided by the client in the app.

  4. Name

    When searching by the client's name, it is crucial to match the name as it appears in our database, which corresponds to their ID. For better results, consider entering either the first name or the surname only.

For completed flows
