If you cannot find your income transactions and you are confident you have connected to the correct account, you can reach out to the team to complete this section.

  1. Email the team with the following template:

Subject line: 'Kindly add my income'

  1. phone number registered to the checkboard:

  2. name and DOB:

  3. reference: income does not come up in my digital banking on the checkboard app

  4. Please state the name of your employer ,as shown on the bank statement:

  5. Please state your income as shown on the bank statement

  6. Please attached your recent bank statement.
