If your rent is paid from a different account, follow these steps instead:

If you don’t pay rent or can’t connect to Open Banking
If you don’t pay rent simply tap I don’t pay rent.
If you’re unable to connect to Open Banking but still want to show your rent payment history, you can upload supporting documents in the next step under Upload documents.
You may choose to attach bank statements or payment proofs that clearly show your rent transactions. This additional information can help your estate agent review your rent history more easily.
Please note that Checkboard does not verify rent transactions from uploaded statements. These documents will be attached to your report for your agent to review directly.
💡Tips for a smooth experience
Make sure you select the correct account (the one your rent is paid from).
If the Open Banking screen takes longer than 1 minute, tap Close and reopen Checkboard.
Double-check that the rent transactions you select are the correct ones before continuing.
